Rider and pegasus at shelf scale
Bayala frequently pairs elf characters with fantasy creatures. Both rider and pegasus have to read clearly at shelf scale — silhouette, proportion and decorative wing geometry balanced against what a physical toy needs to survive.
Butterfly wings on a horse
Butterfly wing membrane and decorative surface work add complexity beyond a standard horse sculpt. Thin wing forms must survive moulding while keeping the Bayala look of delicate fantasy ornament.
