Toy Design — Bayala Series

Multi-year toy design 3D sculpting for Schleich GmbH's Bayala fantasy line — stylised production sculpts for elf figures, mermaids, and pegasus companions delivered at commercial scale. One of the clearest examples of long-term collectible figure work for a major toy manufacturer.
